All products are shipped using either Canada Post or UPS. These options and the approximate delivery time is available when you go through our shopping cart system.
- All purchases are subject to shipping charges.
- Please allow 3 weeks (21 business days) for orders to be filled and then shipped out.
- All purchases are FOB: Cochrane, Alberta, Canada.
International Orders
Customs fees and import duties are determined at customs. The recipient is responsible for payment. We have no control over these charges, and we cannot predict what the costs will be.
For International packages that are sent as a gift, it is a courtesy to let the recipient know they will be receiving a package from Professio Gallery.
All parcels are subject to be searched at customs.
We are required by custom's authorities, to state the cost of the items on the customs forms of all packages. This includes gifts.

Prior to shipping all artwork and products are inspected by us. If a product or artwork is damaged during shipping, it is the client's responsibility to contact the shipping company they selected and file a product damage claim with them.
